light slips through cracks in the roof illuminates disheartened faces the confusion is constant asking if the worst is over a life worth living is not too much to ask we compartmentalize the violence from the carcass on our plates life seen through bars on the cages warehoused and twice removed a cold storage casket awaits you a life worth living is not to much to ask we compartmentalize the violence from the carcass on our plates we sing out in languages they don't understand the lights are times to twenty hours our days are numbered to forty five cycles and all our motives are framed by efficient output auspiciously packaged we've been singing for more that survival this cafo has broken us down to the point of commodity we've been singing for more that survival we're fighting and failing this fleeting life will pass before you ever get the chance to see the sun or ever sink your claws into the soil

monuments 11:58
there's nothing left for you here when all conflicts have been resolved and this carcass has been picked clean and your parasitic tendencies have spread to the furthest of stars there's nothing left for you here countdown launch stasis destination event horizon why must you live forever as a monument to barely living as your spacecraft floats past the satellites the heat slowly dissipates as you've been cold for so long waiting on event horizons while we are merely transients we will act as victims of impermanence we'll refrain from looking to far for you when you're gone and were all pretending to enjoy ourselves we'll carve out a modest existence from this stone and sandcastles serve as temporary homes and you god of nothing have become the loneliest witness to the end of the world why must you live forever as a monument to barely living as the sun burns through the last of its fuel a red giant sprawls to consume all you've known and all you've ever loved

we will sink cities like ships on violent seas as the earth reclaims vacancies through gentle waves of seasonal decay and the trees that stood centuries before any street was paved or any war was waged with machines that built the arsenal on presses that now stand idle vacant waiting slowly sinking into the earth listen hear the press hum its calling to you calling for mens hands to run it obeys your commands to cycle and fall to the earth shakes its speaking to you through syncopated cycles of metal on metal as the gears hum as the years run into eachother you will find yourself infront of this machine again trying not to throw yourself in i've been going through motions of loading parts into machines i've lived in illusions of wealth i'm just going through the motions institutionalize our own demize tear up the streets and replace yellow markings for redlines this doomsday siren has been screaming for sixty years this tempest is relentless

sleepwalking 04:07
every note and every word is a derivative of something felt more sincere before we dream lets be honest we're sleepwalking fill these veins with adderol and caffeinated conciousness i'm failing to find reasons to keep interest in anything i will always be one to fall asleep and i'm still making promises that i cant keep
